Sara Wheat (born June 27, 1984 in Trenton, New Jersey, USA) is an American retired competitive figure skater. She was the 1999 United States National Junior Champion and placed 10th at the 2001 World Junior Figure Skating Championships. She won three medals on the Junior Grand Prix circuit. Wheat was coached by Jeffrey DiGregorio and Pam Duane Gregory and represented the University of Delaware FSC.
